No Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Chesterfield Chauffeur Services, all bookings are final.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking and Deposit

A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the scheduled service date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain services.
2. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are strictly non-refundable, including cancellations made at any time before the scheduled service.

This includes cancellations made days, hours, or minutes before pickup.

No exceptions will be made unless Chesterfield Chauffeur Services cancels the service (see Section 4).

Cancellations or changes to the booking will not result in a refund or credit unless expressly agreed upon in writing by the Company.
3. Refund Method

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, except in cases where the Company cancels your booking (see Section 4).

In such cases, refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the booking.
4. Company Cancellations
If Chesterfield Chauffeur Services cancels your booking due to unavoidable
circumstances, such as:
Vehicle breakdown
Chauffeur illness
Accidents, severe weather, or other events beyond our control
The Company will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your booking.
This may include:
Providing an alternative vehicle of equal or greater standard at no additional cost, or
Offering a vehicle upgrade where available, or
Rescheduling your journey for another suitable time, or
Issuing a full refund if no replacement service can be provided.
“Unavoidable circumstances” include, but are not limited to, vehicle mechanical failure, chauffeur illness, severe weather, road closures, or other events beyond the
The company’s reasonable control.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Any special circumstances will be considered at the discretion of Chesterfield Chauffeur Services, but refunds are not guaranteed.
In some cases, a credit note or rescheduled booking may be offered, valid for up to 12 months from the original booking date.
This remains at the Company’s sole discretion.
6. No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when the client fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location within the specified waiting period and has not provided prior notice.

For standard collections, a no-show applies 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

For airport collections, a no-show applies 60 minutes after the flight’s confirmed landing time.
If no contact has been made within these time limits, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged. No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided.
7. Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made through third parties (e.g. hotels, travel agents, or corporate assistants) are still bound by these terms.
Refunds or credits will not be issued through intermediaries.
8. Wedding and Event Bookings
For wedding and event bookings, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances once confirmed.
This policy ensures vehicle reservation, chauffeur scheduling, and service commitments are upheld.
9. Amendments and Changes
Amendments to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing via email.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Amendments may result in additional charges depending on time, distance, or vehicle availability.

10. How to Cancel
If you wish to notify us of a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by:

All bookings are non-refundable, and cancellation does not result in any refund or credit under any circumstances.
Early notification, however, allows us to manage schedules and vehicle resources effectively.
11. Legal Note
For services scheduled on a specific date and time, UK consumer law does not require a refund for cancellations.
By making a booking, you confirm your understanding and agreement that all payments are final and non-refundable.
12. Acceptance of Policy
By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and to the full Terms & Conditions.
