Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using any of our
chauffeur services.
By confirming a booking with Chesterfield Chauffeur Services (“we”, “our”, “us”), you
(“the client”, “the passenger”, or “ you”) agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions

“The Company” refers to Chesterfield Chauffeur Services.

“The Client” refers to the person, company, or organisation making the booking.

“The Chauffeur” refers to any driver employed or subcontracted by the Company.

“The Vehicle” refers to any car, MPV, or minibus provided for the booking.
-
“The Service” refers to any chauffeur hire, transfer, or transport provided by the Company.
2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the journey date, unless agreed otherwise.

It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate journey details (addresses, times, flight numbers, passenger count, etc.).
To make a booking, please use our Book Now form or contact us directly via email.
3. Payments

Payment methods accepted: debit/credit card, bank transfer, or approved account billing.

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Waiting time and additional mileage beyond the agreed itinerary may incur extra charges.

Gratuities for chauffeurs are at the client’s discretion.
4. Cancellations

Once a booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including client cancellations, schedule changes, or non-use of the service.

All deposits and payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the Client fails to attend or is not present at the agreed pickup time and location, this will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking charge will apply.

In the unlikely event that the Company must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond its control (such as vehicle breakdown or chauffeur illness), the Company will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative vehicle or chauffeur.

By confirming a booking, the Client accepts that no refunds or compensation of any kind will be provided for cancellations, delays, or changes initiated by the Client.
5. Amendments

Amendments must be requested in writing (email or form submission).

We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Significant changes may result in revised pricing.

6. Waiting Time & Delays
-
For airport collections, we allow up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight has landed.
-
For all other collections, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time applies.

After this, waiting charges apply at our standard hourly rate.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, accidents, or third-party actions).
7. Passenger Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and vehicles.

Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Seat belts must be worn at all times.
-
The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund due.
8. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning
-
Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to spills, illness, or negligence during hire.

A cleaning or damage fee may be charged to cover costs.
9. Luggage
-
The Client is responsible for ensuring all luggage fits safely within the vehicle.

The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
10. Child Seats
-
Child seats can be provided on request when booking (subject to availability).
-
Clients are welcome to use their own child seats, which must comply with UK safety regulations.
11. Subcontracted Chauffeurs & Vehicles
-
The Company may subcontract work to trusted professional chauffeurs or partner operators when required.

All subcontractors are bound by the same confidentiality, professionalism, and insurance standards.
12. Insurance & Licensing
-
All chauffeurs and vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and comply with UK transport regulations.

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the hire fee.
13. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Chesterfield Chauffeur Services offers
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)for clients who require additional privacy protection.

14. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle all personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR).

15. Complaints
We strive to provide the highest level of service.
If you wish to raise a concern or complaint,
please contact feedback@ccschauffeurs.co.uk within 7 days of your journey.
We will investigate and respond promptly.
16. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delays caused by events
beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, accidents, or
government restrictions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed

18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
19. Updates
We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted
on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

21. Lost Property
Any items left in a vehicle will be held for a reasonable period of time.
Chesterfield Chauffeur Services accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal
belongings. Clients are responsible for arranging the collection of any lost property.
22. Right to Refuse Carriage
The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who is deemed unfit
to travel, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, abusive, or whose behaviour may present
a risk to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
23. Route and Timekeeping
While every effort is made to ensure punctuality, the Company cannot be held

traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, or accidents. Chauffeurs reserve
the right to determine the most appropriate and safe route at their discretion.
24. Accessibility
We aim to accommodate all passengers, including those with mobility or
accessibility requirements. Clients are asked to inform the Company of any special
assistance needs at the time of booking so suitable arrangements can be made.
25. Media and Photography
Clients must not photograph, film, or record chauffeurs, vehicles, or other passengers
without prior consent from the Company. This policy ensures privacy, safety,
and confidentiality for all parties.
26. Digital Signatures
Electronic or digital signatures on booking forms, agreements, or NDAs are legally
binding and treated as equivalent to handwritten signatures under UK law.
27. External Links
Any links provided to external websites are for convenience only.
Chesterfield Chauffeur Services is not responsible for the content, accuracy,
or privacy practices of third-party sites.
28. Complaints Handling
All complaints are handled discreetly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will acknowledge and investigate any issue raised in a fair and timely manner.
29. Health & Safety
All vehicles are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Clients who feel unwell
are asked to inform the Company as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
The Company is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by illness or government
travel restrictions.
